Subscribing Signature Witness

Are you a Notary Public that need a witness? A "subscribing signature witness " is a neutral third party whose sole purpose is to observe the person signing the document.
Some legal documents may require a signature witness in the presence of a Notary Public. 

**Please Note: In NC, a signature witness and a notary do not have the authority to sign as the same entity, therefore, we cannot act as both on legal documentation.**
