Subscribing Signature Witness

Are you a Notary Public that need a witness? A "subscribing signature witness " is a neutral third party whose sole purpose is to observe the person signing the document. By doing so, they can ensure the validity of the material and the identities of both signers.

Most legal documents require a signature witness in the presence of a Notary Public. 

**Please Note: In NC, a signature witness and a notary do not have the authority to sign as the same entity, therefore, we cannot act as both on legal documentation.**
