Appointment Policy
Please be ready at your scheduled time with all signers present and valid ID(s). If you are not ready, we will need to reschedule. I reserve the right to cancel appointments. If cancellation is required, you will be notified.

Travel Fees

(Refer to N.C. Gen. Stat. 10B-31(5) regarding travel fees associated to mobile notary services). 

General notary public services include attesting a signature, taking an acknowledgment or verification upon oath or affirmation, or certifying that an event has occurred, or an act has been performed. 

Pricing for general notarization - $10.00 per notarized signature + Travel Fee

[Examples include Wills, POA, Titles, and client created documentation. Deeds and other real estate documentation fall under Real Estate Closings]

Dove InnerCity Notary's notary public will witness/assist loan tellers and managers at financial institution with the opening and recording of contents of a delinquent safe deposit box.

Pricing - $100 & up + Travel - Expenses are paid by the Customer, Lender, Realtor, Attorney, Signing Service and/or Title company.

We stand in capacity as signing agents covering financial/mortgage documents. We cover each document to provide the understanding & peace of mind you need. We are certified, trained & insured… so you can have security & protection you need.  

If your closing attorney is unavailable, we are your next best choice!  We are mobile therefore, closings can be conducted at the Title companies, Law offices, customers' home, or at the client's place of choice.  Have the lender/paralegal send us the package and we take care of the rest!

Dove InnerCity Notary will verify/authenticate the identity of individuals based on visual attributes, document verification, and wallet-based factors to verify the person is who they say they are. We assist with filling out I-9 verifications (manually or electronically) in Winston-Salem and surrounding areas.

Contract Opportunities are available for Hospitals, Hospice Care, Nursing Homes, Prisons, Detention Centers, Rehabilitation Facilities in Winston-Salem or any place with increased risk for safety and/or security. Mutual agreement of time, date and obligation must be agreed upon prior to service. If additional security is required, all details must be obtained 2-weeks prior to entering the facility and services rendered. If public health and/or safety concerns arise, we reserve the right to cancel.

Document translation services (Non-Notarial) are provided through a 3rd party (Translate) which provides document translation services. If you need a documentation translated, click here to view more information.

Printing and copy services are  (Non-Notarial).  If you need a document printed or a document copied, fees will be disclosed before any services are rendered. 

**If you need a document notarized, you must print your own document prior to receiving notarial services.  We are prohibited from printing or copying any documents that requires notarization.**

Dove InnerCity Notary refers clients to Speedy's Inspection Services located in Winston-Salem when Field Inspections are requested. Speedy's gathers information and visually inspects a property, takes photographs, collects data, and compiles a report.  If you need a field inspection, contact Speedy's Inspection Services at 336-575-2474.
