**Dove InnerCity Notary Wear Refund and Return Policy**
At Dove InnerCity Notary Wear, we are committed to providing you with high-quality notary wear and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary, and we want to make this process as easy and transparent as possible for our customers. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive damaged or defective notary wear, please contact us within **14 days** of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect Items:
If you receive items that do not match your order, please notify us within **14 days** of receiving your order. We will send you the correct items or issue a refund.
Unworn and Unused Items:
For all other returns, the item(s) must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect items will be accepted within **30 days** of purchase.
Non-Eligible Items for Returns and Refunds
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Customized or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us:
Send an email to info@doveicnotary.com to notify us of your intent to return an item. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization:
Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions for returning the item(s).
Packaging:
Ensure that the item(s) are securely packed in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Shipping:
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, except for cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and find them to be in their original condition, we will process your refund. Please allow **10-14 business days** for the refund to appear in your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
